I made a savestate at the beginning of this level and have been practicing it for days, but even after playing it over and over I can still only get to the boss one time out of ten.
If the music wasn't so amazing I would have gone insane days ago.

For some reason, Taito renamed Darius 2 in the west. Either they changed it because the Darius name wasn't appealing enough for the western market or they wanted something different.
