Dreamcast and PSP with additional AA filters, looks beautiful and runs at full speed on medium range devices. Haven't tried PS2, but supposed to be quite doable. Think 3DS emulation came a long way too, but it varies title to title.

PS. Have the exact same setup, the lower latch breaks real easily, took my toddler about five seconds of me not paying attention. Felt bad man. If you've got kids, hide that shit somewhere way up high.
PPS. For the price I was surprised with just how comfy the controller is.

afaik ps2 emulation needs a pretty beefy phone
beefier than a pixel 5 anyway

Super Metroid
Yoshi's Island
Dragon Quest 8
Metal Gear Solid
Silent Hill
Link to the Past
Mario World
Final Fantasy 6
Chrono Trigger

also an Anbernic RG35XX is 50 dollars from Aliexpress and might be a better experience. I never use my 8bitdo clip because phone emulation feels odd

I use pic related. Its a little big so I only use it at home when I don't feel like playing on a big screen for whatever reason, but it's a great controller.

That works well if your phone is in a case with a kickstand and you always have a place to set it.

i keep a 8BitDo Zero 2 on my lanyard, next to my rave plugs and spare fidget ball so everyone can see i'm autistic

That's really cool anon, controllers for a phone has always been a minor curiosity of mine.

>>10571978
I just googled it and the post image is a wireless controller. The clip is there so you can have the screen right there in front of you and move around instead of setting it somewhere and hunching over. I can't speak to whether that's an ok experience or not i never tried it
>>10571018
I doubt it, my phone is very significantly more powerful than my computer and the latter runs PS2 just fine. Unless the phone emulators are lacking

it might just be because it does a lot of weird shit to push the ps2 to its limits

PS2 requires a decent processor to emulate. I'm not clued up on how powerful phones are these days but I remember that whatever quad-core intel CPU I had 10 years or so ago couldn't run PS2 games well. Some would be almost OK but most would be around half speed.

Been playing FF8 on my A54 and really enjoying it. It's weird though, this phone can handle most psp emulation fine, but there are times this ps1 game absolutely CHUGS.
