I always thought that's the worst DKC game, although it's still a decent game. I don't like Kiddy Kong.

My personal favourite would be Secret of Mana, but that's mostly because of nostalgia.
More objectively speaking I'd say either Chrono Trigger, Yoshi's Island, Final Fantasy V, Donkey Kong Country 2 and A Link to the Past from the top of my head.

Honestly, I cannot stand Donkey Kong Country 3. That baby was really jarring, the music wasn't as good as 1 and 2, and it was a lot easier.

I have to admit, my personal favorite is Final Fantasy II, but the best game is Super Metroid hands down. The atmosphere, the exploration, the music, everything was perfect about it.

Super NES may have been the RPG console ever. Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Lufia, Breath of Fire, Mario RPG... what an amazing time for role-playing games!

Me neither, they honestly strike me as a bit poorly designed. Terranigma's combat is terrible shallow and repetitive and the RPG elements it has mostly amount to straight upgrades every time.
