Are they OS/2 exclusive games? All I know about are strategy game ports like Galactic Civilizations. Honestly, just look for an OS/2 forum or something, /vr/ ain't gonna know much about a system like this.

Galactic Civilizations 1+2 are about it that are exclusive to it.

Is this pcjr? Exodos 6.0 is the only emulation of pcjr i know of

Most was multiplats, DOS based or playable with a Windows compatibility layer.

Did anyone really use this OS for anything but productivity and Stop & Show cash registers or just using it initially thinking "Yeah, this is the PC Operating system that will catch on!"?

you could run DOS and Win16 programs out of the box and there was software that let you run Win32 programs too, plus all the native OS/2 software
back then it wasn't bad at all compared to the likes of Win9x

Exodos doesn't really emulate the PCjr specifically, it's just a collection of DOS games using DOSBox to play them
If you actually want to emulate a PCjr, not just the games but the actual computer, you should use 86Box
