I still pronounce "Enn Yuu Sixtyfour" when talking about the N64 outloud IRL.
It's how I always called it ever since the shoshinkai

>> No.10382342

I know this is bait thread meant to cause 200 post flame war about people using the phrase psx vs ps1, but I don't care and you were right to do it.

>> No.10382348

Are you me? Except I pronounce it like the Word "new" with emphasis on both vowels, "nee-oo sixty four".
But yeah to me it always was and will be Ultra. At the time of release I thought my console didn't have the world "ultra" in it because it was a variation model or something, but my mind never stopped registering ir as the nintendo ultra 64

>> No.10382362

Nobody ever called it NU64. They called it Ultra 64, zoomer.

Come on jannies. Time to mop up.

Weebs are hilarious. Would be funny to see the Nintendo equivalent of a "Saturn Fan™"

I guess it's like those people who insist SMB2 isn't a "real game" despite being made by Nintendo R&D and being released in Japan multiple times
