I did. Great concept, horrible execution. The idea of having a scrawny nerd who slowly improves over the course of the game until he's swordfighting against pirates was neat. Being a cinematic platformer was probably a good choice for the concept. But between the level design being a special kind of ass and all the fucking horrible gimmick levels like the raft ride, it's just not fun at all.
There is a reason why it's not remembered along with Flashback, Blackthorne, and Prince of Persia. Play a few levels and you'll understand why.

Agreed, playing as a character who genuinely develops into a hero was a good concept, but they executed so well it's hard to take seriously. Though some of the parts after he actually becomes "good" still kind of suck.
