No looming apocalypse, no big bad, no sleeping ancient evil. Simply be a good person, be recognized as virtuous, and become a paragon of all that is good.

And since all enemies will flee at low hitpoints, you don't have to kill anyone either. The entire world is open at the start, and the only major obstacle is the sea but boats are easy to steal from pirates.

This game invented dynamic morality in RPGs.

Valor takes the longest to reach avatarhood and requires combat to increase. The avatar has to be level 8 to recruit all of the companions, which is also a requirement to finish the game. OP is a retard and has never played this.
