They're different games but Stunts is clearly a clone along with Stunt Driver

Hard Drivin' is the arcade game. Runs at about 15fps.

Stunts is a PC clone - also runs at about 15fps

Stunt Driver is the best of the three and also the most underated. Was buttery smooth back when I played it as a 14 year old.
