Yikes. You need to do more research about PAL releases too, you have literal garbage on there like New York Race while games that are actually half decent like Oneechanbara are absent. Not sure why you've got games that were localised listed as Japan releases either, and if you are going to do that, it doesn't make sense to have games with terrible localisations like Raw Danger and WotS2 as US releases.

Both the anime and in-engine cutscenes in FES are fucking awful and are put to shame by Persona 1 and 2 in every audiovisual aspect. There were scenes on P3P that made me cry like a bitch that conversely made me laugh hysterically on FES because they were so bad.
Specific cutscene improvements on FES:
>doesn't have the shit animation to take you out of it
>the audio engineering is much better; no inappropriate music or awkward timing and the new use of diegetic sound paints the picture much better than what the PS2 cutscenes actually showed
>LOTS of directorial changes; cringe lines are rewritten, stupid shit that cheapens the emotional impact of later scenes are also removed, and again changes to the sound
>again, you don't have to look at the shit animation anymore. This helps all the jokes land much better
There's so many examples to back up each point that it's not even funny.

If that weren't enough, P3P has a second story where you play as a girl, but it's actually pretty different with new music and arguably the better script (definitely the best S.Links in the series). I'm not entirely sure if I'd recommend playing the boy or the girl for your first playthrough because they're both viable.

The GUI is snappy on P3P and entirely intuitive. On FES though? Every menu and submenu takes a LONG time to load and you can't even change your party's equipment from the pause menu. If any FES defenders are reading this, they'll gladly tell you how to change your party's gear on PS2 roflmao
In fact, there's plenty of other areas where P3P gets a move on compared to FES, like how there's select skill cards which can teach spells to any Persona, so you don't have to pray to RNGesus while fusing dozens of Personas to get the skill you want on the Persona you want. Through MUCH quicker loading and less tedium, you are saving 15-20 hours of your life by playing P3P; almost 20% of the runtime in FES is spent waiting for stuff P3P players needn't wait for.

Last but not least: I like AI-controlled teammates more, but if you want to directly control your party members, P3P gives you the option whereas FES doesn't.

Zero audio-visual bugs at all. Or framerate drops. The problem RE3 had was that it could randomly refuse to load doors at a random point in the second half of the game. This fixes it.

while i agree that persona 3 FES has the worst presentation out of the numbered persona games, the amount of gameplay changes moving to P3P are large and all of them make the game worse. No fatigue, no rng in skill inheritance, nerfed party member AI, no weapon choice for protag, dumb ass clock healing so you can clear vast stretches of tartarus in a single day. these things all add up to make P3P a lot less stressful and less hostile than the base game, and more similar to the later personas in a way that hurts the atmosphere.

i really really like female route and i'm usually an ardent P3P defender when it comes to the game's presentation and play experience, but if someone is not afraid of AI controlled party members it is hard to recommend P3P as anything other than supplementary.

guys I just finished my replay of Armored Core 2 and I've never touched any of the spin-offs/expansions.

I'm just wondering if I should bother with ones like Another Age or Silent Line which I hear are just mission packs with some QoL changes is there anything that makes them more worthwhile than that?

also side question, should I just get good at tenchu 1 and 2 on the ps1 and beat them or are the other tenchus significantly better to justify me skipping them?
