I managed to order a pair of these "SF" brand wifi controllers to go with my SF2000 from not only a US seller but for only $15.63 CAD, which I used my refund for the Retromax and its broken screen to pay for. They should be here next week.

Even though I got two of the controllers in the style I wanted, I am still bummed out about not being able to buy one of these Mario Red wifi controllers with an analog stick instead of a d-pad for their novelty. Only two stores sold the Mario Red SF2000 with matching controllers and both sold out within two days of listing them, so you can only either get the classic SNES controllers, the SNES controllers with handles like the two I bought, or black versions of the ones with handles to match the black SF2000.

I used this one filter in Starfox 2 that kind of blurs things and makes the lasers look like they're radioactive. It was really cool but it chugs performance unless tweaked. Although the tweak might have just been using less of that effect in general.

Just to expand upon this a bit, the SF2000 is the 'best' bottom of the barrel retro handheld that lets you add/remove games and has save states. It also only plays around 75% of GBA and SNES games. The SNES versions of Star Fox and Yoshi's Island, for examples, are unplayable. Weaker systems like NES/GBC play perfectly fine, except for Game Gear, which doesn't have an emulator for it.

Wew, Ali has the SF2000 with two wireless controllers included for $21 and free shipping.

I tried looking for these, and they are somehow more expensive than chink hanhdelds.

Only thing I'd change is rather than stacking the shoulder buttons downward, I'd have stacked them upward, so the bottom of the device would be flat. This would make the device slightly thinner when you take the raised sticks into account, making it fit in a pocket a little more easily.

Well playing on a handheld on the couch with the fan blasting my face is comfy.
Also I installed Garlic OS on my RG35XX and I have to say that browsing games is way better on stock OS.
The UI on this one for that feature is terrible.
