I grew up with Super Hang-On on the SEGA 6-Pak, but nowadays I prefer OutRun or SEGA CD Road Rash. The later is a really fantastic game and you can listen to the actual vocal tracks while racing.

I almost forgot, may as well mention Manx TT Superbike. Saturn fans seem to love it, I think it's just okay. Super Hang-On is probably the better game, but it's worth checking out none the less.

Apparently they got a very Japanese clone of Road Rash in 1995, Super Mad Champ. Of course the "Super" could also be referring to it being a Super Scaler arcade game like OutRun, though

taito also made some manga tie in game for pce that's like hang-on
