Castlevania IV is not only one of the worst games in the series, it is also not the best Castlevania on the console. It is so boring, maybe the low difficulty and also having been released in the beginning of the console's life helped this mediocre game. And dracula X a glorified romhack does a much better job than this game

I'll give my reasoning. IMO:
FFVI—Some say it's near life-changing genius game, basically same level as FFVII (which is ridiculous). It starts off good, but gets pretty boring after a while. Tons of characters, but 80-90% of them no one cares about. Tons of gimmick gameplay mechanics because muh number of characters.
Earthbound—it gets praise for its unique atmosphere, which it has rightfully earned. However, underneath it, it's a rather mediocre babby's first RPG that really jumps the shark after the first half. EB is a great concept on paper, but actually playing it can be a chore.

This is honestly up there. It recycles bosses/mini bosses WAY too much. The game would've been better off as one big adventure rather than several bite sized ones. Also, I get that Kirby is a beginner series but getting a game over has the exact same punishment as losing a life so there's no point in going out of your way to collect 1ups.

CV 4 is easy if you brute force through it and use continúes. Trying to not use continues is another story. Speedrunners claim 4 is the hardest to speedrun and I kind of believe them, I could easily beat CV1 once I played it enough times to remember what to do in each situation, but 4, even if you know the game by heart, is more demanding on controls and dynamics.
Rondo is the easiest classicvania bar none.
Bloodlines is weird, too much easy midboss fights that take too long, it's aixed bag but overall I like it.

NTA, I love Mega Man X, but it's definitely not the best game on the SNES nor is it the best in terms of level design, at least not completely. Some stages like Storm Eagle or Sting Chameleon are really basic and don't have anything particularly interesting about them aside from the bossfights themselves. It's definitely a great game, but I think you're overreacting a little bit. I would say it's better than the NES ones, however.

Armored Armadillo has the worst stage. The Sigma stages are lacking, especially the second and third. Also the ride armors were a pointless gimmick.

Secret of Mana is unquestionably the most overrated game on the SNES library.

The plot is beyond barebones. The combat isn't fun. Waiting for your gauge to fill so dull. Everything about the game just sucks.

Super Metroid. While it's the best Metroid game imo, it has some serious issues. Biggest is that fucking retarded wall jump shit. Dont get me wrong, once you git gud , youre a literal god. And the awesome amount of control the game gives you is Legendary. I can see why people love the Metroid series.

However it had so many little things that had me just sigh. And ultimately, its too easy if you explore as well. You become able to brute force everything, a similar issue with Castlevania SotN.

However the game is a definite 7/8 out of 10.
