Saying it's casually far better than the SFC is a stretch, but it's got a decent library of original games, like Tengai Makyo series, Anearth, Gulliver Boy, as well as some great ports from computers like Emerald Dragon, Burai, the Lodoss games, Falcom's stuff. SRPGs like the Rouga games and Vasteel II, a good port of Langrisser 1. And RPGs for coomers, both original and computer ports, like Cosmic Fantasy series, Busted, Dragon Knight Series, Princess Minerva (also on SFC).
