So I keep reading guides saying that you should disable "AXNT"(Red push) on Wegas. I did this and recalibrated the grey scale for a 65k white point, but the colours seem so lifeless now. Are Wegas made with 93k+red push in mind?

So on my Trinitron, the sky is blue at a 93k temperature,and purple at a 65k temperature. So my question is: Why would Shiggy have used a 65k temperature as a reference if 93k was absolutely dominant in Japan?
