Seeing as Konami made cameos of Sparkster in later games, they probably at least tried to make him into a mascot, but regardless, the Rocket Knight games were damn good.

So I spent the last 3 days beating this game and alls I gotta say is 5/5 breddy gud :3
All jokes aside, dat music, dat gameplay, dem satisfiyingly long levels, kool grafikz.

I wish they would've done more with this character, also I noticed that the American Box art makes him look 'tuff' compared to the happy go lucky Jap art. I remember they did that with Kirby as well.

I like the old Sonic games and all, but Rocket Knight will always be the superior Genesis speed-rodent simulator.
