I guess it wouldn't be too hard to randomize what flies out (even if it's something hilarious like 3 arms) as long as number of animation frames and shit like landing behavior stays the same. Later I can always revisit parts of the code and make it more fancy once the game is nearing completion, like adding different gib behavior for chunks and arms (one splats and the other bounces).

I always felt like the SNES needed more gore and profanity. That's why I linked to Super Fucktroid in >>2450671.

Whatever comes my way I'll implement it the best way I can. For instance, I wasn't planning on an uppercut, but now you can shoryuken by sliding from Y (attack) to B (jump) on the controller.
