I'm also just catching up with the show again slowly. I stopped watching it when they took down all the episodes from YT, and I was too lazy to download them.
I don't mind though because Kacho is very cozy and I'd hate to run out of Kacho, it's good knowing I have a pile of unwatched episodes awaiting.
My favorite episode is probably Fatal Fury Special, although most episodes with Nakayama are my favorites.

The Fatal Fury Special episode is my favorite, and it's both hilarious and touching. That episod was a feel rollercoaster.

I laughed and cried during that episode, it's my favorite, and Nakayama remains my favorite AD.

Also FF Special is one of my favorite fighting games.
