Yes those types end up becoming very creepy, rejected by friends and gaming communities. Their negative fixations makes them obnoxious to be around.

When they see others enjoying rpgs, fiction, girlfriends, relationships, gaming hardware, careers, basically anything they can't have the rage starts building up and eating away at them like a parasite.
