Material relating to the original game is most interesting, since it went through a few revisions, and they hadn't settled on a formula yet. Like the original push for the logo was the title with an eye behind it. It's also why the title screen has the freeze frame on Chris' eye. A lot of eye imagry but they dropped it for the sequel.

The entire image is a composite. Look at the guy's face. Notice around the mouth nose and ears he has dark skin, then skin tone changes again for his jaw and neck, then above his nose has another skin ton. Then left eye has a shocked expression and dark purplish skin, then his right looks pissed off and light pale skin.

I would love to hear the story behind this image. I bleieve it was made for the comics originally or maybe it was always intended for the PAL-US versions?

And it's beleived to be traced from Judge Dredd.
