Anyone know what could be causing the smearing-to-the-right effect shown in this pic? Pic is from Retro Tech but he doesn't mention the artefacting on this monitor, but I have a PVMeme with the same issue (albeit nowhere near as bad, only a very subtle effect only visible in certain situations like the 240p test suite screen).

It's definitely something to do with the monitor itself. I've tried multiple consoles, multiple inputs, multiple signal types, multiple cables, and multiple monitors.

Is this a problem with the tube itself and there's no way to fix it? Does it need caps replaced? If it's a cap issue, can the problem be narrowed down rather than just a "replace everything" shotgun approach?
