While it's tempting to give it an element of some kind, the plan was all weapons powered by the silver mana (Pistol, Shotgun, Chaingun) to just fire various flavors of metal. Though the Dreadbolt's projectiles explode on impact, I don't quite count that.

The gold mana (SSG, RL, and Plasma gun) is where the elements come in. Though thinking about it, I don't think angry ghosts count as an element from the Wrathcaster. Damn.

Ultimately I'd prefer to just keep the Chaingun as a metal spewing bullethose.

Excellent. Thank you for the confirmation there. Also I was actually thinking about turning the lava shooting plasma gun into some kinda dragon skull or some shit that opens up and spews out lava. Because that's cool.
