Can't have a bad box art thread without bring up Sega Master System's Black Belt

Seriously, with a lot of other bad box art like >>9599304 or >>9601823 or the infamous US Megaman 1 cover you can at least make the argument that it was eye-catching and interesting to look at even if it had nothing or very little to do with the game and completely clashed with the actual game's artstyle.

None of that can be said about a box that is completely blank except for 1/3rd of a cartoon foot coming in from the side that isn't even cropped properly. It's not even entertainingly bad like most other "bad" box art, it's just stupid.
