You can't fill up the chart, actually. I've played LSD up to something like day 260 (I have my save state still; I just haven't played in over a year) and old entries on the chart will fade from white to dark gray and eventually disappear off the grid after, I don't know, 50 days or so.

Pic related: according to the description I added to the file name after the timestamp, this was after day 226.
