In terms of being so bad it's actually entertaining, Donkey Kong Country and Adventures of Sonic.

In terms of actually being good because of great writing and animation, first place goes to Sam and Max definitely. Followed by Earthworm Jim and then followed by SatAm. SatAm wasn't as incredibly as I remembered when I rewatched it, but it's still pretty entertaining.
