I had some issues with the way it looked when they were falling straight down. (this is an old test that uses a tracer action for the splash)
But like I said I did this all pretty quickly, so if I do use the effect I'll update it.

Dehacked rain test. I plan to do nothing with this, but it was an idea I had, and it looks okay (should have a better rain sprite, or some variants). Even got little puffs hitting the ground. Shame I can't change them to splashes without changing all the guns to super soakers.
