I think it was bought used or something because I'm certain I remember there being an N64 box in a dumpster at my dad's house for ages but I both didn't have any of these included bonuses and this didn't come with a blue controller. I guess all I really know is my only game was Pokemon Stadium for a while

Anyone who puts Pokemon Stadium 1 or 2 on their list is revealing that they aren't even attempting to follow the OP. Why the FUCK would they put companion games to GBC games you couldn't possibly link to the N64 Mini on, just so kids can be horribly confused as to why they can't go in the lab or why they can't pick the 2P Battle mode on the main menu
If they bothered to find some arcane way to get the 3DS Virtual Console versions to link to Pokemon Stadium in the N64 Mini, sure, it would be cool, but they're not doing that and neither Stadium game makes any sense being included on something like this if they can't link. Even then it would still be confusing for kids and for that reason alone Nintendo wouldn't do it. Not in 2022. Not on a mini console.
Putting either Stadium game on your list shows you aren't actually thinking of logistics, you actually are just making a "top twenty favorite n64 games" or "top twenty most recommended n64 games" list
