^^^this is me. Just played it today. I beat it first try but it was set on easy(was taking turns playing with my kid). It is a fun unique game and I'm looking forward to trying it on a harder difficulty. Been playing Thunderforce 3&4 lately so it definitely is a step down from those but the different ship types and steam punk theme make it stand out. The biggest fault I found was how it re-used some of the bosses. Felt cheap.
