This game is also great. English localization is a bit sketchy and the game has an annoying amount of RNG with some of its events, but is a solid game. Difficult to get the "best" ending for every girl, but I managed to get them all to university.

As far as I know, 4 was mainly developed by a different company so I'm assuming it's licensing issues.
