Here are some issues

It's fairly straightforward to unlock the ladder only runewords without plugy. get the runes.txt file from http://pastebin.com/xGLWhmZ1 and put it in \Diablo II\Data\Global\Excel\. Run the game with the -direct -txt parameters to enable the content
