NOTES:
Decker builds focus on Matrix runs, but can be outfitted with mid-tier
equipment to endure in firefights. Because they don't need to hire deckers
after a certain point,they can use that money instead to install cyberware
to boost their physical prowess and leadership ability to retain hired guns
for longer durations, but base charisma means you'll have to pick and choose
whether you want a tank or a backup mage at any given time.
