>How come so many old PC games don't have a traditional single player campaign mode? I've played a lot of games where you can...do stuff but once you're done you just get kicked back to the menu without making any sort of progression.
>Racing games seem particularly guilty (there's no season mode or unlockables -- what you see in the menus is what you get).
