Do you consider these activities not fun because you have once tried them in the context of school, or because you genuinely don't enjoy anything outside of playing games?
Making music with a tracker like Renoise or DefleMask is basically making retro game music, it can be tedious at times, but in the end, you can end up with a fun piece of chiptune music you made yourself, you don't need any money to do this and it always feels nice to be creative.
I'm reading Ovid's Metamorphoses atm when I feel like it, and it's crazy how those ancient myths are basically the mold of most stories in vidya or movies, and it reads like a TV series. Not necessarily the first book I would recommend to a new reader, but it is still something interesting to do that doesn't involve vidya.

If you genuinely don't feel like anything outside of retro gaming is exciting and worth experiencing in life, maybe you should consider going to a psychiatrist and take SSRIs, or go wild and smoke crack with Californian bums.
