To add I feel like game development the west has a terrible artistic problem.
Maybe its a sign of shit starting to root who knows.

I have sometimes wondered if its a disconnected between high fidelity graphix and artists being separated from the process. Coupled with teh fact game development in 2019 is fucking hell.

For example you see that indie game valfaris? Sort of a duke nukem 2d game? There and in other small experiments you see what shit could be.
Valfaris looks interesting in a Druillet way and visually metal as fuck that is what doom I think was all about. endrant
