I don't know what you guys like, because in a thousand years I wouldn't expect people interested in Dendy on /vr/. But that said, are you serious? We don't even have much pop culture, and I don't know any entertaining Russian YouTubers too (I know most things Kinaman talks about anyway). You never really get quality talk about video games, and given the country's limited exposure to consoles and difficulty of imports/being just poor, it's not surprising—it's very backwards compared to /vr/.

You mention pop-culture, and really to me it's weird. Russia spawns some memes from time to time maybe, but that's about it. Our entertainment industry is a slav bore, all the movies and TV shows are shit or straight up copies of other shows. Russian music is atrocious, just like our stand-up comedy. Even here a lot of people make fun of how bad they are. And worthy Russian vidya can be counted on one hand.

I guess Dendy can be interesting to foreigners… But what we had afterwards was nothing special or unique, aside from ridiculous translations. The Chinese bootleg shitshow ended by the time Dendy declined. People got then-current gen consoles like PS, everyone and their mothers got Trinitrons with composite or SCART, and by 6th gen 99% of gamers moved to PC anyway.

There are but a few other notable things I can think of like Russian point-and-click adventures and, like I said, poor translations, but they are only funny in a "so bad it's good" way. And I'm not sure you can really show foreigners just how poor the translations were, for example.
