Are there any SNES emulators for Windows that Just Werks™?

I mean why do they all have hideously outdated GUIs or command line garbage instead of using something simple that tosses all your ROMs in one easy to click window like Project64/1964/jNES or even regular Windows Shell integration like gens/VisualBoyAdvance?
