A lot. I remember seeing ghosting because of them on a SCART TV. There's no shielding and one single ground wire. Not to mention that the quality of these thin wires is plain shit and it breaks very easily.

I have my doubts if it isn't advertised as a high quality product.

I'm sure that the plugs will have all 12 pins.
You could make a SCART adapter of them like i did, so you can use a normal SCART cable.
This another one i made a few days ago is intended for my RGB modded N64 and GC but not SNES (all PAL), aside from the "not great looking" makeshift hotglue case it works very good and i put some diodes on the switching voltages.
Also use shielded wires for all audio and video lines.
