I'm Euro and my first console was a Mega Drive which is still my fav console. I didn't even know the Saturn exists back then so I got a SNES then Playstation,etc. I thought Segas next console was the Dreamcast. Anyways

If you want to start collecting you need an Action Replay cartridge to bypass the region lock, get extra ram and use it as memcard. Also, you should learn basic Japanese since many games never were localized due to Sega being retarded.
