Not the anon, but it's got a bunch of extra monsters from D1 scattered throughout the game. They add quite a bit of variety and difficulty.

On top of that it adds

>super uniques revenge. Over 1000 uniques added and some runewords
>overworked text files which fixes the text for skills to accurately reflect what they really do. Also fixes a bunch of skill and missile issues, makes things work as they should
