The effort is appreciated but I think we should leave actual nerfs to the authors or OP himself.

The baseball chucks placed just before the first midway point are cancer. I briefly compared and the only change I noticed was that you moved the bottom chuck 1 tile up, so I commend you for that.

The cape section at the end of the third room is just pure unadulterated giga AIDS.

could use a fix at the very end, as it seems to be a random "fuck you you die" because those shells you bounce off aren't always where they ought to be. I could be wrong though. Otherwise I think this level is pretty straight forward and fun.

Honestly feel like the midway point shouldn't be blocked off. Should this mandatory level really be harder than every single previous level, every star world level, and every palace? Sure, why not, it's penultimate castle kino. But should it really be leagues above (and i'm gonna make some assumptions here as I haven't beaten ALL OF the following yet) bowsers castle, every world 7 level, and the finale? I mean the BR kid's TAS is over 4 minutes long.
