Also, I thought Mischief Makers had awesome controls, not awkward at all, I love how you can use the c-unit buttons as a secondary d-pad (something that Treasure also implemented on their other 2 N64 titles). Mischief Makers is great, I feel sorry for you, I also doubt you actually tried it besides of glitchy emulation.
And this is coming from a guy who grew up on the Megadrive and whose favorite Treausre game is Alien Soldier.
