Does it work to reduce the disc spinning noise?
This may be the only console where the disc drive is noisyer than the cooling fan.

Also, what happens if you replace a dying GD-ROM with a CD-ROM assembly and just used burned games from ISOzone?

One more thing. How noticable are the lower resolution FMVs and monoized, reduced bitrate audio of games shrunk to fit on CD-Rs?

Why do so many people outside of /vr/ hate the Dreamcast? PS2 fanboys will go out of their way to shit on it for some reason. I don't get it.
