I had to check, I thought it was a case of retarded murrican translation, but it turns out they actually called him frankenstein in japanese.
No Igor though, he's just called the flea man.
As for Dracula he isn't called "the count" but rather "count Dracula king of evil"
Also "grim reaper" is "god of death" in japanese, so it should have been called simply "death", like in subsequent titles, and pretty much everywhere in the fucking world.
