NP fellow PSIII fan, I feel the exact same. PSIV is the nicest to play out of all of them but PSIII's lore and attempts at having a generational system keeps it as my personal fav. A remake is unfortunately something we can only continue to dream on about (especially since even when they originally tried to remake the games they completely left PSIII out of it) but I know it'd be a great one if they did it right. It'd be really nice if they were able to remake all the games in PSIV's style too... I'm a bit surprised no one seems to have tried that in the old PS fangame community from what I've seen, but then again I don't feel there's even many games that took inspo from PSIV's battle and cutscene system which is criminal since it was so good. If only Sega actually cared for the original games instead of focusing on the PSO era of the series....
