Got a cheap rgb scart cable recently for my PS1/2
It's got a little switch with one setting being game, and the other being dvd. I hooked it up to the little crt I have and when I set it to game, the picture appears to be slightly better, but noticeably darker. I
tried messing around with the brightness and contrast, but it still didn't look right.

Is it just because I got a cheap cable, or could it have anything to do with the tv?
Left image is the 'dvd' setting, which looks the same as my standard composite cable, right is what should be the rgb setting.
