We had a game in our local arcade that my late bro was playing. I don't remember the name of it. I don't remember most things about this game, so I may be wrong here.
It was between 96-98, game was 3D in style of SF EX+a, Life bar was yellow. My bro played some dude with short hair, his name was probably Bobby, had blue hair (at least the color variant), Last boss was either some fucking woman or giant robot (I remember the stage was strobing like crazy). I'm counting on you guys
