I think Nintendo Power once had a page on terrible boxart and this was on it.

I Swear everything about this covert art is made of nonsense. The mispelled title indictae high testosterone action but the car looks like it belongs to penolopie pitstop and for some reaosn is all blurry and out of focus. And what is up with that mans face? He looks like he's just woken up from a 3 sleepless days bender at an anime convention and is seriously dehydrated and someone punched him in both eyes. I imagine he's saying "Oh please god somebody help me, penelopie Pit stop is after me!"
