There's two different PC versions of 1 and 2 in Japan at least. One is the Mega Drive games and the other is the PS1 versions. Dunno which are ports and/or emulation.

There's ports of the MD versions and PS1 versions to Windows. Neither has the PCE soundtrack.

The Mega Drive version of Langrisser 2 is unique.
Based on the Mega Drive game, the multi-route "Der Langrisser" was made for SNES, and every other version since then is a port of that SNES game. (Well, other than that one Windows port of 2 but I think that may just be emulation.)

For Der Langrisser, Saturn has two extra routes so most would may say that's the best for that reason, though the PC-FX version has extra voices (spell casting) and video that was cut for space from the PS port (from which the SS port was made) so there's still something to be said for the PC-FX version.

There's two different sets of Langrisser 1 & 2 releases for Windows:
1998 releases of the PS versions of 1 & 2 (sold separately, unlike the single disc PS release), published by Unbalanced
2004 releases of the MD versions of 1 & 2 (sold separately and then later in a set), part of the Sega Honpo series published by Media Kite
