Yes, I use mine all the time to play burned discs and the switch works great was using it other day to play KOF games, the version I own.

Probably talking about the pseudo kai saturn cart. It allows Saturn to bypass region locks and also anti piracy locks. So you can play imported and burned games on the Saturn.

The all in one comes from the fact that some models also act as a memory save cart, ram cart and even a cheat device.

Don't know about Fenrir. But Pseudo Kai is basically a cartridge that you put in the cartridge slot. It bypasses the anti piracy/region locks the Saturn has.

Also depending on the model it acts as a cheating device, ram cartridge and save cartridge.

You buy one of these and play burn cds old school style also Japanese games are cheap as hell.
