crt-interlaced-halation, gets very close to the look of a 600 TVL PVM on a 1080p display

CRT Royal shader can get very closer to shadow mask displays (but you should be using it on a 2K or 4K display for the best effect)

you also need a fairly decent graphics card to run those shaders ( maxes out my 550 TI on the highest quality setting)
