I made a patch to (hopefully) simplify the installation:

You'll need to use something like Delta Patcher ( https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/704/ ) and apply the patch to the "Rusty (Game disk C).hdm" of the Floppy version of the game. It should work on the [FD] version from the Neo Kobe archive and even if it's already patched with the English translation too, since the English patch doesn't change Disk C. No guarantees though, so backup the file just to be safe!
